EntreMundos - Comprehensive Volunteer Group Listing in Xela
EntreMundos is a registered Guatemalan non-profit organization, founded in 2001 with the objective of connecting NGOs with resources, volunteers and providing the skills to strengthen themselves and to raise awareness about development and human rights issues in Guatemala. Next to our capacity building workshops, computer classes, and free bilingual magazine every 2 months we provide a FREE online database of volunteer projects and a personalized volunteer service in EntreMundos. Come and visit the EntreMundos office from Monday to Thursday between 1pm and 5pm for an overview of all volunteer opportunities.

For a donation of Q25 you will receive personal assistance with finding a volunteer position suited to your specific needs, use of the computers and internet, and phone calls to NGOs with questions or to make arrangements (we can do this for you). For the people that like to arrange a volunteer work placement before arriving in Xela, EntreMundos can provide extensive personalized help with finding a position and making arrangements, for a donation of $25. In Germany it is Projekt Mosaik Guatemala (PMG) e.V., ein gemeinnuetziger Verein.  We are located at 3a Avenida Norte No. 3 (Telephone 832-0955).  Office hours are Monday through Friday from 2 to 4 pm.
