Cancellation Policy - Hotel Biltmore Express

To receive our special discounted rates all rooms MUST be PREPAID.

1.  Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival will receive a 95% refund.  A 5% booking fee will be charged for all cancellations.

2.   Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival or a no shows will be charged  1 nights accommodations for each room reserved.
