Parque Central - Quetzaltenango Guatemala Quetzaltenango, like most Central American cities is centered on a central park. This is also the best meeting place for visiting tourists. The park is flanked by several very impressive building and has recently been rebuilt. You will find several banks on the park as well as 3 ATM machines and many fine restaruants.
