Weekly rental prices is US$150.00 for one or two people, US$175.00 for three, and US$200.00 for four. We accept no more than four people.

Rental requirements are:

• Rent to be paid in advance.
• Rent to be paid to us in cash ($'s, Q's) or travelers checks only.
• Copy of all tenants passport.
• Signed credit card voucher for security deposit (to be returned on departure).
• Signed rental agreement.
