CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If you cancel your reservations 3 days (72 hours) or more before arrival you will receive a refund of 95% of your payment in the form of a credit to your credit card. 5% will be withheld for payment processing.

2. If you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours before any arrival date we will keep 1 nights payment and will refund %80 of your remaining balance in the form of a credit to your credit card.

3. NO SHOWS - If you do not show up at the hotel and do not cancel by email or phone you will NOT receive a refund.
